Where are we located?
Our stationery products are primary manufactured at Papier Plans office in Braga, Portugal. We also select carefully our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Products are packed and shipped from here.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship from Portugal via CTT (local mail office).
We aim to package and ship orders within 5-7 working days, however please check the announcement bar at the top of the home page for an estimate of our current processing times.

Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!
The customer is responsible for paying for any customs charges that may occur at the destination country.
