About Us

Two people. Twenty years of creating together.
A life shaped by ideas, design, travel, and the simple things
that help us make sense of it all.

We are a designer and an idea maker, a husband and wife who have spent the last 20 years working side by side, building creative projects, raising a family, moving between countries, and learning along the way.

Originally from Argentina, we moved to Mexico in our 30s and made it home for two decades. During those years, we worked remotely, traveled extensively around the globe, and raised our children in a way that allowed the world itself to become part of their education. History was not only something to read about in books, it was something to experience, walk through, and discover together.

For most of our professional lives, our work has been digital. But paper was always part of our lives too.

We used it to plan our days, organize our work, document our travels, collect ideas, and hold on to memories. There is something about putting things on paper that a screen never quite replaced.

After 20 years of working together on different creative and digital projects, we wanted to create something that brought together our experience in design, our love of paper, and the way we naturally use stationery in our everyday lives.

Papier Plans grew naturally from that idea.

We create thoughtfully designed stationery for people who enjoy making their lives a little more intentional.

For the traveler who wants to remember more than the destination.
For the creative mind that needs somewhere to collect ideas.
For the planner who likes seeing priorities on paper.
For anyone who simply enjoys the feeling of writing something down.

Our products are designed to fit different ways of living from planners and journals to travel notebooks, inserts, stickers, and other little tools that make planning and documenting life more personal.

We believe in making things with care.

Most of our products are designed, created, and finished in our own studio. We like being involved in the process, from the first idea and the design to the final details. For the few things we don't make ourselves, we carefully choose suppliers whose quality and approach align with our own.

In a world of mass production, we still believe there is something special about making things thoughtfully, paying attention to the details, and creating pieces meant to be used and enjoyed.

Today, we are building Papier Plans from Portugal, in a new chapter of a life that has taken us from Argentina to Mexico and across many places in between.

He brings the design. She brings the ideas. Over the years, we've learned that we simply work better together.

Papier Plans is our way of bringing a little more intention to everyday life, one page at a time.
