How to start a return
We want you to love everything you receive from Papier Plans. But if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Simply email us at hello@papierplans.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and name, and we'll guide you through the process.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend adding tracking to your shipment, as we can only process your refund once the items are back with us.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Once we receive your return in good condition, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
